i am trying to cover up a tattoo for my sisters wedding. did she have to let it sit for a while before applying the setting powder? Also, i want to wear a black strapless dress to my sisters wedding. my tattoos are on my upper arm. if im hugging folks, will it rub off on them? did the dermablend rub off onto your clothes when you wore it and how did it work in the water?
