if you read the book, you’d recognize everything being said, and the little finger gun at the end towards sean penn. im excited to watch this now that ive finished reading it. doesnt look as good as the book but hell. its fun watching shit come to life.

This movie is the most fucked up story ever. First off a friend was obviously abducted by some weirdo rape dudes and he goes nuts on some fag getting a blowjob then later he talks about vampires then his friend convinced him that he had killed someone but he didn’t, he later dies from pure pressure. Oh and the guy who killed him was a dark man for he has been in the can and left the wife all alone with nothing. That dark man had a group too, made me think. Was he in a gang before? Da 2 cops boo

@nice0071 the correct spelling is “inbred”, next is the word “should”, for the most part you might want to consider, maybe , a night course in Language Arts , possibly starting on a 8th grade level….good luck.

Damn just saw this movie and i’m terribly disappointed. The ending was epicly bad. The acting throughout wasnt bad, and the film held my attention for quite a while but the ending is just stupid. I cant believe this movie got good ratings.
The ‘you could rule this town’ bit thats also in this trailer is the weirdest thing i ever saw pulled in a movie. Doesnt fit the characters and the “wife” didnt even play a major part in the movie until then. Terrible.

@jdbjmb I’m glad Tim won the oscar and this movie deserved the best picture award but unfortunately it has been made in 2003, the same year of the lord of the ring: the return of the king. It ‘s really hard to choose which one’s the best

this movie is a true masterpiece…..!!! you need to understand the movie properly …, movie actually is far more different then just a murdered daughter, but it’s a trilogy of three friends,,,,,,!!!

I love this movie, even though my boyfriend and I kept joking around and making shawshank redemption references, changing our voices to sound sorta like morgan freeman and talking about how andy dufresne kill the girl because he was instatutionalized and wanted to go back to shawshank. xD

der film hatte sooo viel potential … und dann murkst man so ein vorhersehbares, einfallsloses ende hin. hätte man sich nen tag mehr zeit genommen, um sich nen spannenden schluss auszudenken, wär der film genial …. so kann man ihm nur 4 von 5 sternen geben. echt schade.
