@revelinabandon they always do have the option to since they chose to put it on themselves they may choose to remove it as well nobody says they HAVE to keep it and if a journal/ pic. gets lost? thats the beauty of tattoos is that YOU have a choice no one forces the tattoo on you what people put on their skin is entirely up to them ive never seen a tattoo artist chasing a person with a buzzing tattoo machine forcing it on them granted it has become a bit more “fashionable” than id like to admit

@mandyblahblah I think “memorial” tattoos are retarded too. Take a picture, keep a journal, or *gasp* use your brain to remember something. How many idiots have put something on their skin, then realized later down the road that it wasn’t so important to them after all. People who let themselves be scribbled on by “artists” should definately have the option to remove it later. It may not be dirty, but it looks sloppy and is more distracting than impressive or character building.

@revelinabandon so people who get memorial tattoos are trying to be something else???? or if someone gets a tattoo of something they love they’re insecure?? even people who have silly tattoos have a memory or something special to go with that tattoo so removing it would defeat the purpose of getting it since they wanted it there in the first place would it not? your skin isnt impure because you’ve got a memory with you forever the only reason anybody’s skin would be impure is bacterial infection
