@groovydonut1 thats for your personal choice…..gentleman jim only uses round shaders….they come in huge sizes….whatever is comfortable to u…
for everyone else learning. there is a few ways to shade…dont limit yourself to flip shading. it with seriously effect the way u tattoo..you should learn to paint and… never spray the skin with the bottle to clean it..it blows blod n shit everywhere even if u dont see it…wet the rag…i mean paper towels….watch some tattoos being done

Boy #1 you dont fucken know me. Im 40 fucken years old the old school cut throat days didnt go out untill i came in . when i first started i couldnt get shading for shit it just didnt happen until i learned a new way that works. and works better .
fuck you i dont go around claiming im shit. but ill be damed if im not calling a pig a pig.

it seems like every training vid i look at you’re downing it i know there’s someone on youtube giving credible information then you said his shading was old school but you have been doing this for 20 years so unless you were slinging ink since ten you’re pretty old school to a begginer

actually , i just happen to see some “training video” listed off to the side as i was watching some other stuff and couldn’t believe all the junk on here . i dont need to or would i look up anything on youtube but then thous who do should nt be given foolish info. and BTW dont get condescending with me i never said i was the shit , ive been doing this for 20 years i know a few things. just a few.

first off this is America you misspelled color. second off color work and shading are two different things. your sweep shading is lame ass old school shit . it shows you shouldnt be listened to.

how deep do you go in with the needle, and how fast as in voltage do you go for outlining! and shading?

If you don’t have the basics, then what have you got? All I say to your comment isthat for someone who cant spell ‘USING’ correctly but can make negative comments on someone else’s work,is unfair to do! I think that a Tattoo Artist must pay attention to detail! Its interesting to watch a video like this!

Oh look, once again, thank you. I am sure that there are many different ways of tattooing just like there are many different ways of doing anything else. For someone who is starting out this is the best information I have come across so far. Thank you very much for your videos.
